Assessment of mental capacity is available, including completion of COP3 form if appropriate. Assessment is available for all areas of capacity, including consent to treatment, financial capacity and testamentary capacity. Dr O'Brien is also experienced at medico-legal assessment, both for civil courts and family courts, and has attained the University of Cardiff CUBS Civil Expert Witness Certificate.
